Vocalists Riffat Sultana and Sukhawat Ali Khan, siblings who come from a lauded lineage of Pakistani singers (their father is the Pakistani musical icon Ustad Salamat Ali Khan) together with their longtime musical collaborator Richard Michos, discuss the rich vocal culture and history of the Indian subcontinent, including Sufi, Ghazal, Filmi, Qawwali, and Hindustani Classical musics.
